Presents are fun.

I have been bitten by the etsy bug. I bought most of my christmas presents from there, and after that I spent hours looking for things to put in my favorites as sort of a wishlist. I have an amazon wishlist, but eh. I can get dvds whenever I want! Who knows how long this stuff will be around. So for my family and the poor schmo who pulled my name for the gift exchange, here it be. Some of the stuff is ‘sold’ already, but if you go to their store they most likely put up a new listing for the same thing.

  • Etsy is so freakin’ addictive! I have a store there but I swear any profit made is immediately spent on other wares. My friend just found these great Kitchenaid mixer necklaces…forget the name of the shop right now but I have it bookmarked at work. I could browse on that site for hours.

  • Etsy rocks! I’m getting myself a duct tape wallet with a pig on it!

  • Here’s the problem with this. I just bought you two things. They may show up as soldout. They might get reposted. If they do, someone could buy them and never know that I got them first. Then you get two or three of everything. And I’m not telling you what I got you so you can take them down because that ruins the surprise. So I’ll just say this: NO ONE BUY THE THINGS I ALREADY BOUGHT. Seriously, I called dibs.

  • I think that if anyone else was going to buy me something that’s marked as ‘sold out’, they’d be smart enough to ask you first.
