I’m listening. With pie.

It’s way past 4th of July, but you’ll forgive me, right? We celebrated with pie. Lots of pie.

Pee-nut Buttah

Chocolate Peanut Butter, of course!

Banna Pudding Pie, recipe from Fat Free Vegan.

The previous two, with apple and blueberry pie. I had to eat them all. Or die trying.

This amazing (vegan!) trifle was made by my friend Andria. It has the pound cake from V-con, custard from a href=

Yummy! Those pies looks perfect. Is that soyatoo on top of the banana pudding pie? It looks great!

  • All this pie and all I want is the trifle. Or more specifically, the lemon custard. Jeeeebus.

  • Who need a reason for celebrating with pie?
To me this looks like total pie perfection!

    Beautifully made.

PS – I was looking at the sample recipes you have and noticed that the Garricks Thin Bakery Style Chocolate Chip Cookies recipe is nearly identical to the chocolate chip cookie recipe from Vegan LunchBox. I don’t know if you knew that. The only differences are applesauce instead of tofu, and a slight increase in the amount of baking powder, salt, and vanilla called for.

  • I did not know that. I will be sure to tell Garrick to scrap that book he’s working on, the dirty cookie thief!

  • Anna

By god you do not know how often I think of these pies! I even called my mum to tell her how bad I wanted these pies AND posted a myspace bulletin. I’m not sure if that makes me pathetic or hungry. However, good job.

  • Your pies look b-e-a-u-t-i-f-u-l Katie! I need a piece for dessert. Quick!
